We’ve just returned from the best hotel stay we’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable with everything we needed. We stayed in an amber lagoon suite. The food was outstanding, with a great selection at breakfast and excellent service in the restaurants. Every detail felt well thought out, and the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious without feeling pretentious. What really made the stay special was the attention to detail and how friendly and professional every member of staff was. Especially Zeynep who really went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Nothing was too much trouble, and it genuinely felt like a seven-star experience from start to finish. Yunus at the cave bar also had a smile whenever visiting and was happy to serve the best drinks. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurios break and we can’t wait to return.
