Gold Island Selected Hotel 

I stayed at Hotel Gold Island Selected from August 10th to August 20th, and we had a Swim-Up room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their excellent service throughout our holiday. A special thank you goes to Bedirhan Bey, who works at the reception from 16:00 to 24:00. Bedirhan was extremely helpful during our stay. He was always friendly, positive, attentive, and genuinely service-minded. He regularly checked whether we needed any assistance and always treated us with kindness and professionalism. Because of his attitude and the overall service we received, I would gladly return to Gold Island again. I would also confidently recommend the hotel to my friends and family. On our final day, I urgently needed help arranging transportation to the airport because I could not reach the transfer company we had originally used when arriving at the hotel. The hotel’s own transfer option was unfortunately more expensive than I expected, and the transfer prices in the local offices were also quite high. We were also very happy with our room. The reception team helped us get a room that suited us very well, and we truly appreciated that. The food and drinks were delicious, and I would like to thank all the employees for their hard work and hospitality. I would also like to give a very special thank you to Sultan from the housekeeping team. She was always kind, helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help meant a lot to us, and she truly deserves special recognition.
