This is a very good guesthouse. The service was exellent, no problems with the staff and the rooms were comfortable. We were able to have fun and explore Dominica without difficulty, thank you for this good welcome.

Seaworld is truly home away from home. Our room was very clean and welcoming. The guest house overlooks a very beautiful ocean. Place is very clean and the house keeper on the property made sure of it. Loved the owner and her staff. Beautiful property!!

Truly a gem to stay at when visiting Dominica

We stayed for a week. The view was awesome  from the room and balcony. Very quiet just the right enviroment to relax. Quick access to roseau n environs.

Simple and convenient

This rating is in regards to the restaurant on the first floor: Sally’s Roti Shop. 
We have eaten excellent home-cooked Caribbean cuisine for decades, made by relatives. Souse, Ducana in banana leaf, salfish, etc.  But the roti and curry at this place is the best. Trini-style. Flavorful. The Buss-up roti so flaky and delicious. Worth the five minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk from downtown Roseau. Highly recommended!

Looks like a pigsty, lowwwwwwwww quality, hideous is an unstatement! And very impolite staff guess they are all impolite here. Best to try to pay a little more money than stay here please except you’re Dominican they understand themselves I guess

Thanks to Amanda and Decima for being so friendly. 

The rooms: Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. No hot water to shower at night, as it ran out during the day.Toilet seat broken. Surfaces and floors dirty.  Rooms serviced ONCE during our seven day stay. The comumual kitchen was filthy and microwave and fridges need a good clean and defrosting. Breakfasts were included...mouldy bread served. The fresh fruits were yummy. Party music for functions at the pool area, especially over weekends were noisy with inappropriate lyrics.  Not appreciated, especially the night before leaving when we had to get up at 4.30 am and our first night on arrival,  after 32hrs traveling, when all we wanted to do was get some sleep.

Continuous disturbances at night....doors opening and shutting and pots and pans clanging.....

The staff are very friendly and kind and I think that many places in Dominica have been affected by the Hurricane that caused so much damage but until the guesthouse is better managed and at the leaste, basic hygiene is adhered to, I can not recommend it. 



Lovely staff but the guest house needs a clean up 

The worst place ever I wouldn't even want a dog stay there worst customers service water pressure was low then the water got cut off for non payment staff don't even know what they doing trust me don't 

room was dirty toilet was not even working stay far away from this hotel water got cut because they did't pay the bill had to collect water and bath and the staff dont know what they doing poor customer service can't call that a hotel call it a dump cause thats what it is would not recommended this dump to no one worst hotel in dominica wanted a big set of money for a place that water cut off toliet dont work and the boss is incompetent cause clearly he dont know what he is doing had a nice time in dominica but the dump was the worst experience of my life don't go there spend your money somewhere esle

Expensive for what it offers, dirty, worst service, full of cockroaches, unfriendly. 
Stayed in a room with 5 other people and paid 35 eur a night (for one person). The room looked dirty, roaches were roaming around, even woke up with one on my pillow, the ladies at the bar were unfriendly, lazy and just unwilling to do anything. I stayed in 7 usd a night hostels better than this place. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We spent a week at SeaWorld guest house.
Our room and balcony had a great view on the beach.
It is so pleasant to sleep with the sound of the sea.
We used the shared kitchen to prepare most of our meals even if food and drinks are served in the restaurant.
The hotel is in a good condition after the hurricane except that the swimming pool is still under repair. 
Decima and Valentine who run the hotel are great hosts.
