Really nice location… exceptional customer care.

I see now why Saint Martin is called the Friendly Island. This is the first time that I spent some time in Saint Martin.  I’ve traveled to many  islands over the years and this is truly the most friendliest that I’ve visited. The management and staff at Sea Palace were superb!  Cherlande, Rasheed,Sherwin,Delvina.  We all know that your staff is a true representation of management,   I had the privilege to observe  the General  Manager Sasha  run  the place with respect for her staff,  and her guest.  It felt like I was with family during my stay and was very sad to leave.  Perfect location right on the beach, very immaculate rooms, right on the boardwalk and last but not least very very safe!  Everything you need is right there in walking distance.  Thank you Sasha for being a Perfect Host!  I’ll see you soon.!

We enjoyed our beachfront location in town. Easy access and walk to everything. 

We enjoyed the great balcony views and the good mattresses.

The Manager, Sasha, and staff were as wonderful on this our return visit as previous visits. Rasheed, Delvina, Cherlanda and Sherwin are helpful and friendly.  Our Housecleaner, Maria, was great too.

Nice place to stay while in St. Maartens. Glad we chose it!

We reserved this place through our timeshare. Had two rooms - 1BR and a 2BR for our group. The 2 BR unit served as our main unit for family gathering and was large enough for all 7 adults without feeling like we were stepping on each other. The terrace/rooftop for our unit was very large and provided a beautiful view of the oceanfront. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. It was the best part of the unit!  The resort was well kept and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

We loved the location, right on the beach; we loved all the local restaurants and shops within walking distance; we loved the beach with its clean, clear waters; and we loved the reggae vibe throughout this part of Sint Maarten. Very relaxing and accommodating. 

Our stay at Sea Palace was absolutely fantastic! The staff were great, the unit was amazing & Crystal, the bartender at Pink Pearl Restaurant is the absolute best! Close walking distance to many shops & dining! Will definitely be visiting here again soon!!

These are great condos that have all the amenities you could need. Full kitchen, grocery store and liquor stores right down the boardwalk. Building is right on the beach and on the boardwalk. Staff was extremely helpful and the Pink Pearl Chinese restaurant off the lobby has excellent food. A special shout-out to Crystal who was very generous. $20 cab ride from the airport right in downtown Philipsburg. Highly recommend.

A very well located place on the board walk with multiple restaurants in the immediate vicinity.  Was given a ocean front room with a large lanai - spacious and well equipped kitchen with two bathrooms. It was a happy place. Great walking from the hotel to other beaches or to some of the coastal hikes like the “ Devil’s Cupper” .

Sea Palace Resort a Gem!

Great beachfront location Downtown Philipsburg

Excellent location and view.

We used up our RCI timeshare for our stay at the Sea Palace. We were not disappointed and enjoyed our ocean front view balcony with shade (from the balcony above).  It's at the very end of the Great Bay Beach boardwalk, far enough from the crowds but still walking distance to the many shops and restaurants.  We loved walking to the Green House Restaurant which is at the other end of the boardwalk, or sometimes we parked near there and they would validate our parking ticket.  Overall a very fulfilled holiday.

A little upended by constructon and repairs, but not too disturbing.  Unfortunately the French side of the island had intermittent power outages, but a recent fire at the power plant was to blame.  We can hardly blame the Sea Palace for that.  The staff are most congenial.  We'll always remember how we dodged the bullet with the name Beryl.  The resort was well maintained.

A Home away from Home

Great spot for touristy shopping and easy access to the beach.  Nice that it has a private parking area for additional charge.  I see it’s planned for upgrades in 2024 which will be nice and needed.  Overall a good place to stay, I don’t have really anything negative, but I think the remodel this year will do it well

Great stay

Nice boutique hotel on great bay beach.  Kept very clean and just a wonderful staff. Our 1 BDRM oceanfront unit was great, especially watching the cruise ships come and and leave at night. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Sasha, before we left and she is just a very pleasant person to talk with. There are some buildings near the resort that are still in disrepair from the hurricane, but we found the area to be very safe. We went across the street to Jimmy's to pick up small items and also went about a block down the street and over to Back Street to the QQ Market for other food and beverage items. Enjoyed eating dinner at the Holland House and the Greenhouse and breakfast at Chesterfields near the port. Lots of walking, yet worth it. We did not have or felt we needed a car. The resort had its own section of the beach with umbrellas and lounges provided. There are many other food and drinking spots nearby. I would recommend this.

A getaway at the Sea Palace Resort

Great location - Great Value

We just returned from our 4 th trip to Sea Palace  this year.What makes this resort stand out is their outstanding staff and the quality of Customer Service! Nothing is too much trouble…( thank you Delvina and Rashad)
The Condo units are spacious and most are oceanfront or ocean view with full kitchens and washer/ dryers.The Ac and Wi-Fi both were excellent.
In the spring of 2023, Sasha became the new Manager.She has already made some promising changes.( hosting vendor breakfasts,more beach amenities ,maintanence and grounds staff constantly cleaning and upgrading!).Sasha is extremely approachable  and is happy to insure you have a great vacation.Sea Palace is in a great location and has a beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed!
