After viewing some nasty reviews from some posting on YouTube my heart really sank as my booking was done months ago. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff . We were delayed in getting to the hotel but even at the late hour we were fed and watered. Room was as requested and were helped with settling in with luggage and room fitment. Everything was beyond our expectations and lovely people in restaurants, customer relations and bars. Restaurant staff were very good and went out of their way to serve us. After the fist day they knew what drinks we liked and the service was with a smile. Mohammed in the Coffee Shop was superb and with him service was with a smile. Being vegetarians we did struggle with food. One recommendation I would like to offer is that whatever vegetarian dishes which are offered be labeled with a "V" and kept separate from the meat dishes. Otherwise super hotel and will definitely return and suggest Saturn Hotel to my friends.
