Amazing  place  I would definitely recommend. The mall are just arm length distance. The security is amazing 

Very good service from all people, was very happy with the workers. The place was clean on pint and no noise vey grateful for that as I was working from there I will recommend this place to everyone I know 

It was a wonderful stay, with a good service and wonderful condition of the apartments.
I am absolutely sure that I will come back and without doubt I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for your attention.

Very good apartments in Sandton

Unfortunately there are a few things that impacted my rating.  Our check in was slow because we were only asked for our passport details while we were enroute by plane.  We had previously submitted drivers license details.  Our bed and pillows were very uncomfortable making for poor sleep.  There were cockroaches in the kitchen which rendered the unit unclean. The use of thumb prints to enter was also not good as the machine couldn't recognise the prints of two guests. If all those were fixed it would have been a great stay.

We booked in 31st, No cleaners came the next day, which was bad although it was a public holiday , they could have inform us instead of waiting for a cleaner. So my 1st January was terrible sitting in a dirty place The aircon in the room are terrible noisy the silent button don't work, the bath leaking aswell as the toilet in the ensuite. The guest toilet also faulty. shorties of towels I had to take towels out of washing machine and put in dryer myself. No coffee and tea facilities, I been at hydro before and service was much better then this time around. Unit 114 need some fixing up please the only good part of my stay was it was a ground floor unit and I could relax at the pool. Even the patio was dirty couldn't even sit on it.. 

Not happy custoner

According to my booking book in time was before 8pm. when we arrived there at around 7pm there was no-one to greet us and there was confusion at the security desk. Because this was done through a booking agent we struggled to get hold of anyone to confirm the booking and how to collect keys. The units were clean but the one had a leaking washing machine. although we reported it the next morning it was not repaired. The next day I went down to reception to report it and again struggled to get hold of the booking agent. Never saw or heard from them during our stay. Also when I booked I was informed that the one room had twin beds yet the rooms were both double beds.

not very impressed

Great value, excellent location, pity the entire building is starting to get a bit tired. Maintenance is really not attended to on a continuous basis. Shower door did not even close. There is a lack of hands on management at this property. Did not know what to do with the key at the end of the stay, I left it in  the door, unlocked. The key did not even have a number on it so had I handed it security in the basement, they would not have known where it belonged!? This is a management issue, clearly again showing lack of good management. 

Home from home

the place was fine but Aircon in the second room wasn't working so it was so hot that we couldn't sleep instead it was making the room even hotter again plus there is no window in that room no fresh air circulation

I would recommend that everyone stay away from this hotel. First of all we had to wait for over an hour to get into the room. While waiting, the security guards were looking at some scantily dressed women using their security camera in the lifts. I could only assume that there were 'party' girls and I was right. There were drunk people screaming outside our room and some even knocking on our door. It was a scary experience. Also, we did not have to access to wi-fi as mentioned on the website. The person in charge did not give us the wifi device until late in the night and it did not work properly either. 
Our experience at Sandon was not only horrible but it was terrifying. It is not a family-friendly hotel. It's a place young people go and spend the night after a party.
