I booked room in fab hotel prime sage for 2 nights 7/1/19 to 9/1/2019. It was fabulous for stay ,staff was courteous and eco friendly. And the GDO Dinesh kumar is also a good person. He assisting everything perfectly to me during my stay. I thanks to fab hotels who preferred me a best stay in Delhi and also thanks to hotel staff. 👌🏻👏🏻 Keep it up fab hotels team.

My trip for Delhi is awesome this time. I recommended to everyone for stay once with fabhotels. They are budget hotels in India but they are doing well. From my side it’s ‘ok’my stay.,nice services. I was happy and satisfied with their services. Fabhotel sage 👍

First of all I thanks to my friends those who r advised me for booking fabhotels this time. In comparison to oyo fabhotels provide atleast good service At last movement i have booked the fabhotel prime sage around 2 days before.On this hotel the facilities provided to us it’s really really good like a star categories. Staff also good n well groomed. This time I came to delhi for short period of time but from next visit definitely I booked again fabhotel. 🥰

Pros
Constant yet peaceful location, professional staff ( i would give 9/10, chances of slight improvement to get 10/10). Variety in breakfast, Room hygiene, clean towels provided. Couple friendly.

Cons
Not enough amenities provided when compared to the price like complimentary drinks, hair dryer, etc. Outside food not allowed (pizza, burgers are allowed). Empty mini fridge (not even provided with chargeable drinks). 

Room tip - go for rooms that are above 1st floor for better views.

Tip for fabhotels - need to work more on amenities they provide in comparison to the price.

Well done

We stayed for 2 nights before leaving Delhi. This hotel is looked good from the outside but the room looked old and dusty. They need to improve their cleaning staffs.
The location is good, near to the shopping mall.

I book Hotel Sage, for my Client in New Delhi, Hotel Service is Very poor, The breakfast is very less. rooms are not cleen, not good Internet Wifi connectivity is below average.

I cant Recommend this Hotel.

Poor Services in Sage Hotel

We booked this hotel for our guest who were coming for Marriage
We had booked 8 rooms
Rooms were nice but the service was beyond disgusting
The Manager at the reception was rude and was not even slightly helpful.
We had asked some service and his response were "Go find and book other hotels" this was literally his words
He knew we cant separate the guest and cant book other hotels so made most of it
And this was Prime hotel of fabhotels .(Never expected this )
Why do they hire this kind of people
Other than this rooms were pretty good and staff was good.

Avoid this Hotel ..There are much better hotel of Fabhotel with great service with less cost

I’d rate zero if I could, we booked three double rooms for ten nights , with double beds, we were provided with two and and a twin. The place is disgustingly, so dirty, the bedding should be white, it’s grey, lots of stains of various size and colour, but the pillows inside the cases were so dirty, literally dark brown, covered in stains, I felt physically sick. We asked for the rooms to be cleaned but it didn’t happen. The bathrooms were filthy. We ordered 8 brand new ones from Blink it, slept fully clothed and left the next day. They tried to charge us for two nights and wouldn’t budge. It’s gross avoid at all costs

Dirty, disgusting, avoid avoid avoids

do not book .. not worth a penny .. 1) dirty room ..we had to ask to change bedsheets twice as they were too dirty .. room are not properly cleaned and they dont check .. 2) i paid 50% and still everytime they ask when i am going to pay .. money money ..less care of the service 3) food not good ..no taste just low quality 4) fabhotel customer service not helpful after all the phone calls .. 5) rude front desk bunch of unprofessionals .. 6) dont be deceived by the pictures ..all photoshopped old poctures which looks like new york hotels .. lie .. 7) elevator not working .. low mentained hotel with high cost..

DO NOT BOOK ..NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I stayed this Hotel last week with my family. Hotel staff were not professional. Instead of take care of Guest They’ve  ignoring nature. I faced annoying thing. The room was okay, but the bed was not comfortable. The pillow dirty. I’m really sorry, but this hotel don’t provide good services.
