Royal Hotel Voskopojë

I was on a business trip in the Korça region. 
This hotel was very good located, the staff was very professional and the ambiance very quite.
Therefore if you are a solo traveller this hotel was very appropriate.

Voskopoja is a very interesting historical Village full of culture, heritage, and yummy gastronomy. 
This family-run hotel has very kind and helpful staff. They made us a tour around the Churches of Voskopoja and treat us very well during our stay.
The food at the restaurant was bio and very tasty. We had dinner next to the fireplace which made it memorable. The Spring was blossoming in nature but during the evenings it would get very cold. 
Highly recommend Voskopja and this Hotel!!



Me and my family had a very relaxing weekend at this Hotel. 
We enjoyed a lot the restaurant, cozy and traditional setting.

I was at this hotel with my family and we had a great weekend there. The staf of the hotel was very friendly and willing to help us any time. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable bed. The food was great, also the location of the hotel is the best in Voskopoja.

I have been with my family at the Royal Hotel in Voskopoja and i must say that everything is amazing. The hotel made us feel like we were home. It has a spectacular view you can also enjoy it from every window of the rooms. The traditional food is fantastic. I recommend you to go there and have the most wonderful time like i did.

First of all the location is amazing: it overlooks from the top the entire village of Voskopoja, so neat, so immaculate.
We were greeted by lovely dogs and lovely people. The food was authentic of the area with lots of delicious pies, meat and cheese. 
The price is amazing for the beautiful time one spends in fresh air in this beautiulful mountain area of Korca.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Royal Hotel Voskopoja for a long weekend in the nature of Albania and we were not dissappointed. The hotel itself is very clean and the hosts are very friendly and really care for showing you the best of Albania and Korce. The room was great with a comfy bed and a view of the surroundings which were breath taking. We would highly reccomend staying at the hotel, and are hoping to go back one day.

Being three times in Voskopoja has lead us to the conclusion that this is definitely the nicest place in this cute little village in south Albania, and we are coming back to Royal Hotel.
The first time we stayed down in the center of the village but the conditions there were a bit primitive and for the same price you get this great deal with much more better conditions.
One of the guys in the village recommended us this place, "At least just for a coffee" he said cuz the owner is a coffee producer. The owner is one of the funniest, coolest and welcoming people we met in Albania.  We had a delicious lunch with regional dishes, great wine and all of this in a sunny Tuscany-like panoramic paradise.
Definitely recommend it if you are going in the region.

Stunning views and a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location

The new management of the hotel (since 12/2015) has made some good needed changes. The hotel looks nicer, feels nicer and actually is nicer. The view of ancient Voskopoja is what you want to wake up to from your room balcony. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. For 22-25 Euro per night, it is absolutely worth it. The restaurant is spacious and offers live music, which is quite nice as you are enjoying delicious roast lamb or fresh salad or the pie with greens (best in the village I must say), all with village produce. Ask for the Special Royal dish, chicken in cheese cream baked in the oven. Finger-licking good.
