Agriturismo Rocca del Nera

The room we had was perfect with a lovely view south across the valley. The Agriturismo was well managed by Alessandro. The breakfast was simple but ample. It would have been a bonus to have had some fresh fruit and some muesli in addition to the packaged cereals. Incidentally an outdoor pool is being constructed. There is not much going in Borgo, the village at the bottom of the road up to the B&B, other than a down-to-earth bar, nor.in the beautiful hill town of Preci though I think this was because we visited outside the summer months. The Pizza restaurant at the bottom of the hill is excellent though be warned the servings are generous. There is also a nice ristorante in Castelvecchio further up the hill, which is part of an another agriturismo and a camping park. It was quite hard to find. Unfortunately they forgot to open the exit barrier when we left and we spent ages misguidedly driving all around the huge camping area in the dark.
