The receptionist was very polite and professional. He is so helpful even when you ask some questions he answers with a smile. The room was supper clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay💯

The receptionist is great and professional  and the place is clean and neat. Security at gate is great and friendly.

The reception staff were always helpful and friendly adding to a very pleasant stay. The room was always clean and tidy when we returned after our days out. The TV did not work, but it was not a big problem - we did not mention it to the staff while we were there. I would have liked nicer/more coffee in the room, the coffee machine in the dining area did not always dispense coffee that was strong enough. The staff tried to resolve the issue, but I think the problem is the machine in humid conditions.

I liked the staff, always polite,and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts delicious.

awesome stay

Just stayed overnight on our way to Moz. Perfect location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms need a little upgrade. More light or curtains that would let light through during the day would be nice. The room is a bit dark and you cannot leave the curtains open as people passing by.

Everything else was ok except that there was no elevators to take us to the 2nd floor. There was like 4 flight of stairs & we had to drag our bags up. We had to ask security to help us. There was a ground floor then 1st floor then 2nd floor. The poor guy at the reception looks overwhelmed.

The stay was reasonably comfortable, but I wish they can give visitors an option to request and pay for  tea/coffee in the room.
