The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, peaceful, and perfectly located by the waterfront. Every moment of our stay felt relaxing and special. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Pelin from the Guest Relations team. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, she took wonderful care of every detail. Her beautiful smile, genuine kindness, thoughtful surprises, and sincere attention made us feel truly welcomed and valued. She made our first stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul an unforgettable experience. I would also like to sincerely thank Ezgi at the Front Desk for her warm farewell, professionalism, and kind assistance during our check-out. She was friendly, welcoming, and made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
