We had another fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Fethiye, and we are truly grateful for the hospitality and service that made our vacation so memorable. The staff provided every effort to ensure our comfort. We were given the exact same room we had previously stayed in upon our request. It was a lovely gesture that made us feel welcomed. A big thank you to Mr. Maher from Guest Relations, whose consistent follow-up made a real difference throughout our stay. His support and care added a touchable value to our vacation. We would also like to thank Ibrar, the waitress who served us at Secret Beach and Nox. She was always gentle and served us promptly with a warm smile.
