Effective 27 August 2026, renovation works will commence at the Adult Pool area and are expected to continue until 10 October 2026. During this period, the Adult Pool will be temporarily closed. However, the Main Pool and Kids Pool will remain fully operational and accessible to all guests. All works are carefully planned to minimize any noise disturbance and inconvenience. All other hotel facilities will continue to operate as usual.

Attendance at the Gala Dinner is mandatory for all in-house guests on New Year’s Eve, and prepayment is required to confirm participation.

Mandatory gala dinner fees for 2026:

AED 3358.90 per adult

AED 1680.00 per child.

Due to ongoing municipal improvement works on the JBR shoreline, direct access to the swimming beach will be closed until the second half of October. During this period, free transportation and access to the JBR beach are provided, including towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The Complimentary Access to the World’s Largest Waterpark benefit has been extended until December 31, 2027.

Terms and Conditions:

This benefit applies to all room types.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

The number of tickets issued will correspond to the number of registered guests in the room.

Each guest is entitled to one entry to the park per stay.

Day passes include access to the waterpark and beach area only.

Vouchers will be issued individually by the hotel's Guest Relations team upon check-in.

Vouchers are non-transferable and are valid only for the specified date, room number, and guest name.

Multiple uses of the same voucher are not permitted.

Towels and lockers can be rented directly at the waterpark for an additional fee.

Hotel towels are not permitted in the waterpark.

The hotel does not provide transportation to the waterpark.

Check-in is possible from 21 years of age.

Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

An extra bed for children under 14 years old is free of charge, subject to availability at the time of arrival.

There is an additional charge for guests with UAE nationality. Amount depends on the daily rate.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. When booking rooms, the type of bed is not guaranteed.

The deposit amount varies according to the room category with a minimum of AED 2000.00 per room per stay.

The amount of the city tax may increase and depends on the number of bedrooms in the room. For 2 Bedrooms Premium Suite the hotel charges AED 40.00 city taxes as there are two bedrooms.

Due to the recent destination situation, a temporary adjustment to restaurant operations was implemented. During this period, guests booked on the Half Board meal plan are offered an alternative dining arrangement through an in-room dining credit of AED 245.00 per person, per day. The hotel has further confirmed that, effective this week, Turquoise Restaurant has resumed its normal operating schedule, and dinner service is once again available on a buffet basis.

However, please note that the hotel reserves the right to close, adjust, or modify the operating hours and availability of Half Board & Beverage outlets (or any other hotel outlets) from time to time, depending on occupancy levels, weather conditions, or operational requirements, without prior notice and without any liability.
