I highly recommend you treat yourself to a massage within Orcea's lush oasis. The outdoor ambiance is itself a good enough reason to go. But Alexandre, my therapist, made it an unforgettable experience. She covered me in a wonderfully flower-infused oil and hit all my sore spots. Just what I needed after days of hiking. Thank you

Wonderful massage in a hypnotic setting

I found this place last minute when I was looking for a massage during my vacations. The place offers 120 Min „Moment privatisé solo“  for a reasonable price. It includes a private area with an infrared sauna, a little tub and 1h oil massage   They produce their oils themselves and you can choose the one you like. The Massage of Sara was just awesome and very relaxing 
I enjoyed the 2h just for myself a lot. Besides that I want to mention how super nice and supportive Jessica & her husband (owners) are. They even picked me up from my AirBnB as my boyfriend took the rental car and brought me back. What a service!! Thank you so much for this treat 😍 
If we come back to Martinique 🇲🇶 I hope to get another appointment at your place and maybe even stay in your hotel. 👍🙏

Wonderful treat for myself

We booked a T2 in Orcea for our stay in Ste Anne on the strength of the Trip ratings  in but were disappointed. 
True - Jessica is charming, true the small piece of land where the six flats as well as the small pool, the jacuzzi and treatment beds are -  is a full of lovely vegetation. True, the beach is very near and the centre of Ste Anne is only 12 mn walk away. 
But the equipment of the flat is minimum, the exact number of plates and cutlery and not one serving dish nor bread knife. We got a salad bowl and a chopping board when we asked but discovered too late before the weekend to ask, that there was no lid for the one saucepan (no kettle) nor ice cube tray in the freezer compartment of the large fridge. The coffee machine is good and coffee filters are provided. 
The smallish bed has a mattress which sinks badly in the middle and the mosquitoe net is of a shape that falls in an irritating fashion onto your face and  body. We decided to do away with it. 
The shower head needs  to be held and the water pressure can be non existent when you come back from the beach to shower - after having rinsed outsider , as required the sand off your feet. 
If you have a room on the front no 1,2,or 3 be prepared for the sound of rolling wheels bins in the morning. So best to get a room on the side where the small pool is. 
Please note this Not a hotel, so no service etc..

Not quite a”litle paradise” , not very good value for money.

We are very sorry that we have to write the negative as we found the hosts very kind but we would like to be honest with the future guests and may be you could improve more.The most big disappointment was the bed as it was really uncomfortable,the worst mattress we had ever. The shower was not at all perfect and there were problems with the air conditioning.we hated the small mosquito net on the bed asit was uncomfortable but important to close because lots of mosquitos. We would appreciate if the kitchen was more equipped,at least salt and pepper..We had been to lots of eco resorts (Costa Rica etc) but it was not a true eco accomodation but of course in the name its mentioned "eco friendly",not "eco". Apart from recycling the rubbish there is not much of a real eco accomodation here. We found the hosts very kind and welcoming (we got a gift at arrival,glass of planteur in the fridge) but the experience was not good. It is way too expensive for what you get. A better equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed would be a minimum. 

Not enough for this price

The hosts, Jessica & Kader, were so incredibly kind and welcoming. Their genuine generosity alone is worth the trip! Any time we needed anything, they were right there to help! It felt a lot like we were staying with family - the family you enjoy visiting (the ones who make you laugh/smile), not the ones you try to avoid over the holidays ;) 

We were simply looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of NYC and unplug. Residence Orcea was perfect for that. It is a beautiful little oasis that is walking distance to the beach (which was exactly what we were looking for since we were only staying for 48 hours). 

TIP: Use Jessica/Kader's airport shuttle. If you take a taxi service at the airport it will end up costing you a LOT more. Also, if you plan on taking a taxi any where, I would check with Jessica/Kader first to see if they are available to take you because they charge much less than a regular taxi.

Relaxing weekend away

I was thrilled to arrive at residence Orcea - what a find! The property is a magical garden setting within walking distance of Ste Anne and a pristine Caribbean beach with the clearest water I've ever seen.  Our host, Jessica, warmly greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and walked us around the property including a new spa/massage area set deep in their lush, tropical gardens. We made use of their pool, sipping rum cocktails while the sun set and enjoyed the stunning beaches - especially les Salines - all a short drive away.

Gorgeous, tranquil setting with gracious hosts

Residence Orcea was simply lovely. The owner hosts Jessica and Kader made it so. Their hospitality and concern for their guests is unmatched. They are deeply invested in this place and it shows. Residence Orcea is a lovely garden Oasis just a five minute walk from the beach and 15 mins to town. We stayed in an affordable studio that overlooks a tranquil garden which also offers a spa for guests that want a massage. It's very Eco-friendly. If you stay here, be prepared to take yourself off the grid. No wifi. That's intentional. This is a place where you can slow down and take in the natural beauty.
