Considering the property - superb. Great, clean, spacious. Great help at the desk, the guy who works there - high five.

Very nice apartments in a close location to the center of Premantura and the beaches. Very functional and spacious with a good arrangement of rooms.

Very nice and clean apartment, 2 bathrooms and good size pool. The location is good, walking distance from the center and from the beach. I recommend to visit the reservation Kamenjak, but take care, JUST WITH CAR!

We booked in March for an August trip, 5 families in 4 apartments. Communication was sparse and they didn’t take any deposits. We had to ring several times to ensure all was well! We shouldn’t have worried it all went well. The only downside for our group was being split over the two apartment blocks. They’re about 15 mins walk from each other. Residence 1 is near to the National Parc entrance. Residence 2 is better situated, 2 mins from town centre, with a bar, bakery and fruit shop nearby. We had a two bed apartment (c4) with a separate bed in the living area (slept 5 adults). Pool is fine, not very pretty and sheltered. Enough beds, but we didn’t spend much time there. The area of Premantura is easy to access the beaches on either side of the peninsula. 20/30 mins walk to either coast. Apartments were well appointed Fridge, cooker etc. We had to request a kettle and hair dryer, which was supplied a day later. We had new towels every 3 days but No new bed sheets for our entire stay!. Check out is 10am, but we were able to leave bags in the reception area which was locked and they met us later to open for time to leave. We loved our two weeks here and will definitely return.

The only complaint I have is the noise caused by air conditioners. They are installed below the sleeping room window and the noise is very disturbing during the night. I will avoid this appartement in  the future for shure. 

So we picked this hotel from prize, two bedrooms and close to Prementura. At first I was really dissapointed about the balcony on the ground, towards the parking. But it turned out to be a good place, evening sun, and easy access to the pool. The pool is small, but big enough for this kind of holiday. Apartment was really clean. We observed one spider and one mosquito through out the holiday week. Aircondition worked perfectly, and although it was not aircondition on the bedrooms, open doors worked fine. Cleaning; no. We had new towels after four days. There were glasses, plates, pots, microwave, waterboiler, coffeemaker... All we needed. Towels for the kitchen and dishsoap. Å really nice woman in the reception, and the owner (?) also gave us good advises and help when we f. ex turned of the hotwater... Downpoint: early checkhout, ten in the morning. When the plane leaves in the night.... We could not stay longer in the apartment , but we could use the hotel facilities, and they looked after our bags. Easy chechout. Six minutes walk to Town center. Safe arena, few meters to park Kamenjak, bycicles to rent. Good parking. Wasps in the back yard by the pool. We would go back. We did miss: answares to our emails. I sendt several, never got an answare. And in the apartment: a usermanuel. Some info about the area, about the sorting of litter, importent phonenumbers, taxi, hospital, Police... Hotwater, expectations.... Chechout... Normal things. I do recommand they make one. 

Dirty and cheap for €130 a day. Broken shower , cardboard towels . Good for people from Balkan.

Overall the stay was a pleasure. We had a great weather at the beginning of September. The appartments are at the very entrance to the Kamenjak nature park. However the appartments are small for 4 grown ups. But were very clean. There were not enough glasses, cups in the kitchen. Mosquitos were unbearable.

Decent

We have heen robbed in the middle of the night while mom and my sister slept in the apartment. Money, phone, documents, all gone. The owner takes 0 responsibility, refused to accomodate my mom for free until her new documents have been made and new flight could be taken. Do not rely on police here, they did absolutely nothing. The threw a single mother out on the street with a minor with no money and documents, after they have been robbed on HIS property. We are calling the journalists and reporterts on this. Disgrace.
