In case of a late check-in after 11:00 PM, guests need to pay in cash EUR 15.00 for additional hotel concierge service. Please inform Residence Giusti 6 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. Bed linen change and room cleaning are carry out twice a week. If doing this falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled to the previous or next day. A surcharge of EUR 15.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The deposit depends on the number of stay and the amount of room.

For 3 nights — EUR 50.00, 6 nights — EUR 150.00, maximum rate — EUR 260.00.
