Regina dell Acqua Resort

We stayed at the ‘Regina Dell Acqua Resort’ from 20th September 2023 until 4th October2023 and once again enjoyed another very special, relaxing and memorable holiday. Since first discovering this hotel in 2013 we have returned many times (15) and each time we realise how lucky we are to have found this absolute gem of a hotel. The ‘Regina Dell Acqua Resort’ stands elevated looking out towards mainland Greece. Across the quiet road is a clean, sand and shingle beach with an inviting clear sea. The beach sun beds have thick mattresses and drinks/snacks are available to order. The pool has sufficient sun beds for all the hotel guests, these are moveable and have thick mattresses for added comfort, clean pool towels are available from the pool bar daily. There is a varied pool bar menu serving snacks and drinks throughout the day. Dinner is served in the ‘Hippocampus’ restaurant which has amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, followed by a delicious evening meal. Breakfast is buffet style and covers all dietary requirements with a variety of hot and cold dishes, cereals, freshly baked pastries, cakes and cookies. There is a large display of seasonal fresh fruit, fresh fruit salad, jams, marmalade, honey and greek yogurt. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and well equipped, some rooms have a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle, some have a bath only with a hand held shower and the accessible rooms have a shower cubicle and also a wet room shower. The bedrooms are cleaned daily and the bathroom towels and bed linen are also changed daily. There is a well equipped gym for guests to use, also sauna, massages and beauty treatments are available, bookable at reception. The public areas are kept spotlessly clean and the trees,shrubs and flowers in the gardens are always well maintained. The staff who are all “STARS” and too numerous to mention individually are always helpful, pleasant and work extremely hard to make our holidays so special.
