Randys Bantayan Island Grill & Chill Resort

Randy met me on the bus from Cebu City, and took me to his "Disneyland". He put me into a bamboo hut, which could be always better, but it was ok for my budget, because I didn't need a lot. 
If however someone wants some luxury, Randy has such rooms too (air-con, double beds, toilet paper made of pure silk etc).

There is also a grill and drinks. The place is close to town, beaches and the port.

I stayed there about 7 nights, and I had a good time on Bantayan. Every morning I stayed in Randy's garden under palm trees and enjoyed a drink. It was fine. What a shame I had to leave.

This place is chilled and quiet. Randy, the owner, has cool vibes and is always there if you need something. The food is great and cheap. Also the location is good,  close to the harbor and downtown. We spend 4 nights there and it was a very good experience.

my family and me loved it . we stay there for two days and had a great time. restaurant is good value for money   good food , we  enjoy the service . really good wi fi  , have parking   no pool but the beach is 2 min away.  Overall really good value

My wife and I came on a day trip from Cebu and found it fantastic here. The service was really special with the typical Filipino warmth and 'human touch' that propelled us afterwards in a very good mood to the lovely nearby beach. As for the food, the grilled meat was particularly good!

The pictures didn't match what we got. Instead of a room with two double beds and a porch, which was the room that we paid for, we got two bunk beds in the laundry room. There was no toilet seat and no sink. We talked to the owner Randy and asked if there had been a mistake. He said that it was the correct room and that it wasn't his fault that the pictures didn't match the room he gave us. Instead of admitting his mistake and the fact that he was trying to cheat us, he gave us an ''offer'' for the room we had seen in the pictures, double the price that we already paid for the same room. Of course we said no and found another hotel. After traveling 3 month in Asia it is by far the most awful hotel and owner I have experienced. 

Fraud 

Pictures didn't match what we payed for. Extremely expensive compared to what you get. Which was a laundry room. The first resort we visited after fleeing from Randy's resort had much better rooms and was much cheaper. Can definitely not recommend, stay away.
