Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya

We chose our stay at the Ramada Plaza Hotel as a special gift for our 35 th wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have wished for anything better. The hotel is impressively close to the city center and a beautiful park, offering ideal opportunities for stunning walks. As for the hotel itself, I cannot find a single fault. The rooms are spacious, and cleaning is done regularly every day, often with a change of linens. The rooms are equipped with a kettle for coffee and tea, the minibar is replenished daily, as are the towels. We consider the provision of bathrobes a pleasant bonus. The hotel's gastronomic offerings are very diverse and can satisfy every taste. From local cuisine to European dishes, there are two bars on the beach and by the pool available every day. The hotel is beautifully clean, and cleaning is constant. The reception staff is always willing and helpful; no request is a problem for them. Special thanks go to the guest relations team, who prepared a celebratory dinner in the à la carte restaurant for our wedding anniversary. We were delighted that the head chef personally came to see us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Although the hotel does not have a beach, it offers beautiful platforms with loungers and access to wonderfully clean water via wide steps. The daily entertainment programs offer fun for everyone. The lobby bar is open 24 hours a day and offers a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. I would personally like to commend the work of the main restaurant manager, who not only constantly oversees operations and the work of subordinates in such a large hotel but also is not afraid to lend a hand. He is truly a boss in his place, and his willingness and professionalism are admirable. I would also like to thank the lobby bar team, especially the bartender Ercan, whose smile and friendly approach always made our day better.
