Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. It’s very close to Cumhuriyet caddesi which is the Main Street for all attractions and 4km to Palandöken ski resort. 
Breakfast was brilliant, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Rooms are very clean and they serve free tea, coffee and water anytime of the day as well as free toast and chips until 10pm. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. 


The bedroom was as sleek and modern as anything you could find in Istanbul for half the price. It was hard to find but when we got there it was a welcome oasis, and I look forward to returning in the future, would thoroughly recommend for tourists or buisnesspeople.

We had a very pleasant three night stay at the Rafo hotel recently.  It is very clean and modern and very good value for the price.  The breakfast is of a high quality for a hotel in this price range and an added surprise was the complimentary soup served each evening.The hotel is in walking distant to most of the main sites and well known restaurants in town.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the price of a single room.  I had a single room which was nearly 80% cheaper than a double room. Single rooms are often hard to find or only a slight reduction on a double room price.
The rooms on the top floors are quieter than those near the street.The hotel was quiet warm - perhaps too hot so we had to keep the windows open so we heard some noise from the street. Other than that my only other complaint was the pillows were a bit hard.

Not a bad location. Room was a little small. Breakfast only ok.street noise outside at night was irritating.

Very Clean Modern Hotel with a Central Location.

We stayed two nights in this hotel.  Reception staff not particularly friendly.  It is very glitzy and modern and was clean.  No tea making facilities were available in the room, and the only meal they serve is breakfast which was pretty good.  There is no restaurant on site.  The rooms are not airconditioned which is surprising in such a new hotel.  This was a problem as it was quite warm when we arrived.  The room was an adequate size with a small bathroom.  All in all it was a reasonable hotel and well located near the centre of the city.

No Complaints

It is a medium sized hotel, located in the city center. Staff are not so friendly and attentive. Rooms are great for the price. Breakfast is very satisfactory open-buffet. Totally it is not so bad....

Not so bad

A boutique hotel which is located in city centre and access to the hotel is a little bit hard. The hotel is decorated in new design, but bathrooms are not that much good and they need some attention. Breakfast is limited, but good. Check in and out is super easy.
