52 reviewsRecently we stayed two nights at Questel Bronq. The location is remote but amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the bed also). There is also a swimming pool, from where you can see the rugged coastline and the sea. There are also several beautiful hiking trails in the area. It is possible to have dinner, which is very handy because we have not seen any restaurant in the direct surroundings. But the dinner is very good, so stop looking for an alternative. Ben, the owner, is a very nice relaxing guy. He is from Cape Verde, but has been living in The Netherlands for years, so he speaks Dutch fluently (English and French also). He also managed to track and trace our lost luggage, which had stayed behind in Amsterdam when we arrived, and had it delivered at our next accommodation the following day. This was not very easy, because Santo Antao does not have an airport, so our bag had to travel by ferry also. But Ben somehow managed to arrange this for us. What a guy! When we left we wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Questel Bronq is really a special place.
