I had an excellent stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences as an Accor Platinum Member ! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always made me feel welcome, providing attentive service throughout my visit. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. As a Platinum Member, I truly appreciated the special recognition and the extra benefits provided, which made my stay even more memorable.
