First impressions and greeting very good. The annexe was surprising and more than lived up to expectations. My husband and I stayed at this lovely place for one night. It was very pleasant, good nights rest, breakfast was excellent and the host made us very welcome.We will definitely stay again. 👍👍👍👍👍.

We visited Southampton to watch the cricket and had left booking our accommodation a bit late.  I'm glad we did or we wouldn't have found this place.  We would normally opt for a hotel, but as the hotels were booked up, we decided to try a B and B.  Four of us stayed here in the annexe and shared the bathroom - it was like a home from home with a great lounge area to relax in and have a cuppa.  The breakfast was first rate and the hosts could not have been more accommodating.  They really did make us feel welcome.  Thank you.  We would definitely stay here again 😁

We wanted a two to three night break to visit family in Southampton but did not want the formality or expense of a  hotel. On arrival the welcome we received from the owners was great. Our room was compact* but beautifully appointed with a lovely en suite and superb towels, shower gel soap and hand cream were complimentary. There is plenty of storage space and a small TV.

There are 3 rooms, all twin bedded, the other 2 rooms share a bathroom, but this is off the 'living' area. This area is large*, again really well furnished with deep sofas, a dining table with all the necessities to be able to eat a take away in comfort. There is also a fridge with milk and everything else needed to make tea and coffee is supplied. There is a much larger TV and DVD player. The breakfast was lovely and served in the main house , in the conservatory.
Outside there are benches and the owners garden is beautiful and well kept with large trees at the bottom.
The situation is very convenient for Southampton and the New Forest

What a lovely place this is. Mark and Karen were excellent hosts. A friendly greeting, attentive, Sunday lunch was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. We returned later for Cream Tea, lush! We wish them good luck in their new venture but, with our experience they'll not be relying too much on luck.

You won't find a better B and B 

We have really found a hidden gem

Arrived,  having stayed 2 weeks previously and enjoyed the stay,  and found ourselves (family of five) sharing with 3 or 4 builders - the owners had clearly been offered a 2 or 3 week booking from builders in town and were too greedy to be honest with us - so they stuck us all together.  My flabber was gasted. One bathroom,  one ensuite but told "you will be ok,  the builders will live early".  for builders told to share a room (boss had apparently agreed). Host wife clearly knew she had done wrong,  much more absent at breakfast when compared to previous visit - husband sent out to face the poor guests.  And they chose to charge the same charge.  Shamee on you.

Unbelievable,  so unbelievable I paid the full amount out have been fizzing for 2 months
