last week I stayed at the lodge with 8 teen boys (16 & 18 year olds), 2 of which are my children. Having previously stayed at Falls (5 times) I had always wanted to stay with Pretty Valley. I am so glad we got to stay this trip, and we will be back. Carol is simply amazing, Ivan and Scott, Nathan and Barry and all other staff were incredible, efficient, friendly and attentive. The food is simply first class and variety to suit all paletes. The location is the best in our opinion and facilities well-maintained and clean. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I required medical assistance during my stay and Nathan, Carol and Barry were incredibly helpful and sincere. Despite not being able to ski, I had a wonderful, restful stay because of the staff at Pretty Valley. Don't hesitate to stay at this wonderful property. They know how to do hospitality right!
