Premier Inn Warwick

A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose.  First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct.  I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.

We couldn't fault the hotel from start to finish of our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the evening meal tasty, and the breakfast plentiful. A big shout out to the restaurant staff on Thursday evening, who were rushed off their feet but still had a smile on their faces and a kind word for everyone.

Staying for 3 nights for business and first night we decided to have food at there restaurant. We decided to have the stack burger and thought we might make it a little more staked by adding chicken, egg and more patties and Magda the chef made an absolutely master piece for all of us and it tasted brilliant. Hats off to the chef, did a incredible job. 100% would recommend. They were all brilliant.

Living in Cornwall for many years and returning to my home town for the funeral of my best friend I needed somewhere convenient, comfortable and friendly. Premier Inn Warwick was perfect! The staff were kind without being intrusive, accommodation excellent and food wonderful. Warwick has parking, is handy to the town, Leamington Spa and the motorways.

I was involved in a serious road accident on M40, 1 milke south of J13, heading north. My car was recovered, and I was taken to a safe place off motorway. I arranged overnight accommodation for 7th January at this Premier Inn. The whole experience at this Inn was fantastic. Room was great, staff were amazingly helpful and understanding. The food - evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Service on a par with much more expensive hotels and inns. Great!!

We stayed here for one night and found the newly refurbished Premier Plus room to be really good and worth the little extra money.

Very quiet being on the top floor, generous sized shower and nice decorations.

Breakfast as good as ever as well.

We would highly recommend, but beware, whilst renovation are going on the car parking is limited.

The staff were truly amazing, so felt that I must leave a review. I found all the staff, welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond, even when they were busy. Lots of building works at present which did create noise during the day but this didn't stop staff making sure guests were happy and acting upon a couple of minor concerns, with a smile and my feedback noted. I felt the staff genuinely cared about guests experiences, catching up with us when we popped in for breakfast or dinner (especially Tracy). Even the very friendly chef, was so cheery with a smile and a hello, when topping up the breakfast food. (Breakfast was also delicious!). This is by far, the best PI experience I have had - thank you.

We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay. The staff are what really set this Premier Inn apart from others we have stayed at. Very attentive and helpful, nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the whole team made our stay enjoyable. Our young daughter loved the free fancy dress princess costumes available to wear in the evenings and this made her stay very special. She also loved the charity raffle!. Our favourite Premier Inn experience so far, many thanks to all the team for your kind genuine hospitality.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The evening meals I had were very tasty. The location of the hotel was fine, only a 15 minute walk into town and also close enough to walk to the racecourse.

We have stayed in alot of Premier inn's in the past. This one was one of the cleanest. We stayed with a crawling baby and I'm always a little nervous about hotels, but this appeared well looked after.  The staff were really welcoming, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay in this one again.

This is our fourth time at this premier Inn. We use it when we visit Warwick for the odd night away.
We were surprised to see they now charge £3 for parking this was new to us. We have never had a problem parking as always arrive in the afternoon. We normally get an Uber into Warwick in the evening as usually go out to eat. Cost £6.89 for the Uber. Car park normally full in the evenings.
Check in was ok this time although still obviously short staffed. Room was ok no king size bed just normal double size but very comfortable. We did however have a problem with the toilet blocking up the morning we left. 
Room could have been cleaner being a bit picky but dust on parts of the carpet. 
Overall a pleasant stay just need more staff on during the day as one person on reception also serving behind the bar.

Incredible food at the restaurant

Lovely room, very quiet, very clean, staff attentive, will come here again. Stayed an extra night as really enjoyed it and the bed was so comfortable, it’s in a remote area but not far from the centre, 5 mins in a taxi. The only complaint is we only had one toilet roll which didn’t last for two nights.

Perfect for business or pleasure

Visited Warwich for a weekend. Just wanted a reasonably priced hotel room to use as a base. Familiar with Premier Inn level of quality and service. Went for lowest cost booking option, but upgraded to a Premier Plus room to get  a walk-in shower.
Only 35-40 min walk into town centre so we left car in hotel car park all weekend and explored some of the towns independent cafes, pubs and tea rooms.
