This hotel met all expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good Breakfast. We didn't eat any other meals here so can't comment. Bar area is small and part of the restaurant. No atmosphere!  Good parking.
Only negative is the fact that the bedroom windows are sealed, so no fresh air. (I like to sleep with a window open.) Heating and cooling relies on the room's air conditioning unit. (which actually worked perfectly.)

Fantastic 3 day stay over New Year, everything was 100% especially Boris our very own IT expert and Teresa who was very professional in every way a true credit to your company, Breakfast was superb all 3 days with every need catered for from both chefs, would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone, and within easy walking distance to town.

New Year stay.

We stayed here while visiting family.  It was great to get a really comfortable room with excellent bed, bedding and pillows.  The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious.  The staff weee always available and were helpful and friendly.  Very satisfied.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price

Dirty bath, filthy toilet, pubic hairs in the bath the floor was extremely dirty,two single beds shoved together, no soft pillows TV was wonky. Not a good experience at this hotel which is a shame as you can usually rely on premier inn being clean and comfortable. The lady at check in was lovely. The chap at check out was more interested in finishing his breakfast. 

Filthy

The staff were very friendly and helpful - it had a family-run feel to it although this wasn't the case.
The room was clean but there was a strong odour of urine in/outside the bathroom.
The liquid hand soap bottle was cracked so leaked out of the top of the pump but we got a new one when we informed them.
Ran out of loo paper but more was left for us when we informed the staff.
The window had a lot of condensation/puddles on it, so there was a lot of mould and the area around it was peeling back.

Necessary stay

I have stayed in this hotel several times since it opened in 2015. Prices can be  high at times for accommodation in the town. So this adds choice when you just need a base, and not to particularly sample Scottish hospitality (which I prefer but can’t always afford). The staff have always been friendly  and efficient ,the rooms are comfortable ( a few are showing their age and need a freshen up though),and it is well placed on the edge of town, sharing a car park(free!) with an M&S food hall, which is handy. It is perfect for visiting my son there,and  seeing gorgeous St Andrews.

A welcome addition to the competitive hotel scene in St Andrews

Had an amazing breakfast served by Dave and Sally.Really looked after us and super friendly. Dave couldn’t have gone further to make our stay better. A warm friendly cheery fella.We will be back and will recommend to friends…thanks again

Amazing breakfast

The room was exactly as you would expect from a Premier Inn.  The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.  David and Erin were working when we arrived and between then they were doing everything!  Even though we had pre-booked breakfast there was a food deal (including dinner & breakfast) which they were able to us.

The location is just next to an M&S food and a supermarket.  Pleasant 1Km walk into St Andrews, its all up hill on the way back :)

Great little stop

I’ve stayed at this premier inn a number of times now and the same thing bothers me every time I go - not being able to open the windows.
Yes, there is air con and in my room this time was a fab which was just as well as the room was roasting - and this was during a 5 degree C visit in February. Can’t imagine how hot it would be in the summer!
As both the fan and the air con had to be on to make the room comfortable it made the room awfully humid and I couldnt wait to get out each morning to get fresh air.
That said, the bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The shower pressure was great and loadsa hot water.
I think the visitors above us were doing burpees at one point but thankfully that stopped after 20 mins as I thought the ceiling was going to come in. 
Only a slight noise bleed from next door.
The room temperature/window situation does need sorted though as it’s just not that comfortable . 

Great location however temperature issues

Extractor fan in bathroom wasn't working (room 102), also toilet seat was loose.
Presuming the room had been properly cleaned, these faults should have been noted by housekeeping and corrected.
Mould on window (non opening) would suggest that the lack of extractor fan has been an long term issue.
