The customer service I received during my stay was absolutely unmatched - Carmen in particular was the biggest credit any team could ask for, and Mariana wasn't short of being perfect staff. The room was cozy & the hotel was immaculate; I feel as though we got what we paid for 4 times over. There is genuinely not a fault I could make up about the hotel. If you're booking Scarborough, book Premier.
