we we served today by a young gent called Chris — I believe he was DM. he was really amazing: friendly, professional, and a credit to your team. we will definitely go back, he’s a five star rating from us! the food was delicious too, could’ve eaten more than one of those brownies 👍🏻👍🏻

A clean and comfortable hotel, good clean room, comfortable bed, good car parking facilities. Access from Norwich centre was good, by car. Location of hotel is in a developing business area, quite at night. We would certainly stay in the hotel again.

Exceptional service from Donna she is an asset to your company she is absolutely brilliant , great team Alex is fantastic as well to be honest your all great but Donna is stand out on her attention to detail and care I feel welcomed and taken care of when I’m away from home thankyou Donna

I usually go for the Nelson in the city centre which is also a prem but fancied a change.

The staff sherry ,Nicola and Alice on at nights and Nikki and her other team of housekeepers who do a wonderful job in keeping the hotel spotless these are  the people who make a normal hotel into an amazing little hotel.we have been coming to stay here for fifteen years ,this is the reason we keep coming back whenever we can,this is a budget hotel but any hotel whatever they were charging would be grateful to have this crew on their staff and I hope the management realise for a lot of people who come back they are the reason,nothing is to much trouble another towel ,more milk,coffee decaf tea or coffee if this is your preference

Some friends and stayed at the Premier Inn as we wanted to visit Horsey Gap seal colony. We often stay in Premier Inns on wildlife trips.   The welcome was lovely, the staff were friendly and chatty, interested in the purpose of our trip.    The room was very comfortable and quiet, with everything needed for a short stay.  We ordered a meal-deal, breakfast and evening meal.  The food was great, very tasty, piping hot where appropriate.  The staff were friendly and the atmosphere good. We were very happy with our stay.  

Great stay as usual, rooms are lovely and staff are excellent . Sherrie and Karen were both particularily helpful in answering our questions and organising our breakfast bookings

Stayed here by myself and was impressed with how the staff made it feel home from home. 

This hotel deserves a 5 star review as reception team were amazing and friendly. The room itself was spacious clean and the bed was amazingly comfy. 

As a business man WiFi was fast and the room was big enough to work in.

Every house keeper was polite and spoke to you which was really friendly

Wonderful welcome from Azad and Nicola on reception. They were so helpful, informative and nothing too much trouble. I have not stayed at this Premier Inn before. Room spotless. Bed very comfortable. Off to try out the on-site restaurant.

I stayed with my teenage daughter for a few nights on our trip to visit family and friends in the UK.  Plenty of free parking for our hire car.  Friendly receptionists.  Room with easy to access.  Comfortable. Clean and fresh smelling. Warm.  Soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair dryer makes it all so easy.  Excellent free wifi connection (necessary for teenagers in particular!) The food and drink offered at breakfast and dinner was excellent too!  Friendly staff and perfect restaurant lay-out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be staying again.

Good premier inn, location is nothing special but good access to the City. I'd advise avoiding the A47 interchange if you don't use it all the time, unless you want to be stuck in an endless carousel of Norfolk's finest drivers and disappear into the Thorpe black hole!
Driving through Thorpe is far easier!
Breakfast in the restaurant was pretty good, hit the spot and filled me until lunch.

We have stayed here in the past , and have been catching a bus into the city , but to late to return on the bus , so need a taxi  to return later that day.  Which may put some people off traveling this way,
