Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Always stay around this time of year visiting family. Would 100% be using again. Rooms have been updated since I’ve been, wonderful clean rooms. Stayed in a plus room really enjoyed my stay. Short walk to restaurant and local shops

Kerry at the front desk fixed my booking problem (my fault) within seconds making sure that my planned getaway could continue smoothly. I have stayed here multiple times and I have never had an issue as of yet. Staff have been friendly, towels and bed clean, shower is boiling with great pressure and the lighting is plenty. I stayed in the hotel over Easter when my husband was in hospital close by. 
Jodie and Caroline from reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and I liked the policy of lone women being given a room in the building with the reception on the ground floor.

We recently stayed here for 1 night.
We had a lovely friendly greeting at check. We had paid £10 for early check in, this was organised with no issues at all.
The room was lovely and clean, we had extra pillows and towels.
The bed was extra comfortable and we had a lovely nights sleep.
We pre-paid for breakfast which was easy in the morning.
Breakfast was delicious and lots of different choices. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night as hotel is only a few minutes drive from the Royal Mint where we went for a tour.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and had very friendly and helpful staff. The Meal deal for breakfast and dinner at The Longbow Beefeater was excellent value with good choice and quality of food.

Stayed for 1 night recently for a trip to the royal mint.Check in was quick with friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfy with tea and coffee facilities. Lovely shower and nice fluffy towels. Big choice for breakfast and very tasty, Would definately return, great value for money and great service.

Greeted with a smile, very happy with the service. The room is exactly what you need, basic but good standard all round. Parking was not a problem and the location to the valleys was great as well as for trips to Cardiff.

Lovely friendly staff, rooms perfect. Always get a lovely welcome, thank you. Easy to access and car park facilities just right too. definitely recommend.  We have stayed many times before and managed to get at some great prices but even when we have had to pay that bit extra we know we will have a lovely welcome, perfect rooms and the Beefeater compliments the friendly environment all round too.

Premier inns are premier inns, it is the staff that make the difference. 

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and the staff are always brilliant. Friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I recommend to all. 



We chose the Premier Inn Llantrisant as it was close to the wedding venue .The staff were very helpful , especially Lesley and Kim. They gave us local taxi numbers and allowed us to put our case in our room. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great nights sleep

Great location for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late and was glad to see them there offering a warm and welcome greeting. We were there for 5 nights and slept well every night. The restaurant and staff were great, and the food was good.
My favourite budget hotel.

Hotel was excellent as usual, but the pub service was very poor. Supply issues meant the majority of our party could have the meal selected from the on line menu or what was on the menu on the table. We were left with only one feasible option which was ordered, only to be told they only had one option left. The attitude from two different serving staff was very poor, one even asking us what they should do is they can’t provide the food they are advertising, the other suggesting that e we should only expect beef in a beef eater 🤦‍♀️. After a long and tiring journey this was disappointing and reflected badly in the overnight stay we’d arranged through Premier Inn

Great hotel but avoid the naff pub for naff food and poor service

Stayed March 23 for 1 night.
Good - helpful reception staff, free car park (need to tell staff your reg at check in), Costa coffee within 100 yards, rooms clean, big tv in rooms, hotel is in 2 buildings, linked beefeater restaurant was fine with good staff and breakfast was decent.
Bad - not much, one of the better premier inns.
