The staff were friendly and so helpful. The cost of the stay was cheap. I was there to visit family, the hotel was locaction was prefect. The staff help to call taxl when I needed one. The food in the restaurant was so nice and had great choices. It tasted great

Hotel is lovely. Staff are amazing so helpful. Will be staying again for sure. Ideal place to stay if heading to caerphilly castle or venturing into Cardiff for some shopping or even the theatre. Loads of reseturants in the local  area. Will have to come back to see more places.

Staff were so friendly and amazing during my stay. I had a small problem with my booking which they sorted out for me really quickly and efficently. Room was lovely and clean, good value too. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay to anyone.

Although we frequently stay at the hotel, our stay thus tune was part of a big wedding party there for 2 nights. We all got ready ( including the bride) there and it was great if not a little chaotic. The hotel moved the rooms around to accommodate who needed to be closer together, accommodate all the comings and goings with make-up, hair, and photographer coming in. 2 coaches and the wedding car. Then to top it all when we got back at 1 am they had to sort us all new cards so we could get in. ( getting out on time in full dress and hats meant the last thing we thought about were room cards ) 
Great friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Thank for your help in our special day. 

Great place to make as your base. Here for a wedding and we all stayed in the same hotel and we had a great time. Breakfast was eat as much as you can for about a tenner and really worth the money and you had from 7am until 11am to go down to eat and that was really handy when your on a family wedding weekend.

Excellent hotel spotlessly clean and well presented.Good size room with comfortable king size bed. Situated in  quiet location and a peaceful nights sleep.
The brewers Fabre pub next door supplies good ‘Pub grub’ food at a reasonable price. The meal deal is a real bonus.

Right from check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Perfect location for us. The disabled facilities in the room was excellent.Staff and Security excellent.  The Housekeeping ladies did a great job. 
However, evening meals in the Best Western not that good.

Everything was just right. The staff at the premier Inn and the attached Brewers Fayre were very welcoming. Everything was clean and staff were attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again

We have stayed in quite a few premier Inns and the staff are always friendly but here they were exceptional in their customer service. 
The Welsh Cakes and note in the room were a lovely touch to recognise that guests may be staying to attend a Six Nations match.
Good transport links into Cardiff.

Without doubt the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s not new, so it is completely down to the excellent staff that they do such a good job keeping the rooms so clean. 

It’s in a fab location, next to a McDonald, Costa, large Tesco and very close to lots of other retail places if needed. Despite being in a daily busy spot there is no outside noise! 

Only thing lacking it getting top marks was the lack of assistance up the stairs as a single mother with a small baby (and A LOT of baby gear) and being disabled - no lift to upstairs rooms.

Great value, great service, close to location I had to spend the night in, the food for both breakfast and the evening were good and price was good. Special mention to Charmaine at reception, service with a smile. Goes a long way…
