Hotel room was dirty, they didn’t clean it, the Sheetrock was falling and water was leaking. Also the bathroom was leaking and we reported it and they never fixed it. We had to beg for towels. Terrible experience. The man from postes was very unpleasant. I will never go there again. 

Avoid at all cost

Booked this hotel based on reviews , Location is good and that’s about it, was meant to stay there for 2.5 weeks and moved after the first night, beds were uncomfortable, pillows were like broken bits of foam and very uncomfortable, not provided appropriate linen or blankets for the beds, double bed with two single sheets and single blankets , to top the stay off there is a sign to not place any toilet paper or napkins in the toilet but to place it in a bin next to the toilet which is not mentioned anywhere on the site.

Step away from backpackers 

Arrived late at night and they were very accommodating. Rooms are very very basic. The beds were hard and lumpy. Breakfast was ok. Shower was cramped and awkward. It's like staying a step above a backpacker place. All very basic. Price was good though.

Empty fridge in room just to make noise.

Expensive for services offered

I was not accommodated here, but I had the chance to use the restaurant. I was here with a group of friends for a lunch. I said “had the chance” because the experience was outstanding. We enjoy only traditional food. The starters were really great and diverse. The main dishes cooked in small pottery pots, based on poultry, beef or lamb, were delicious. We were not able to finish what was on the table and only from my “doggie bag” three guys had enough next day in order to feel satisfy with the meal.

Also a good restaurant

Premier Centar is a mid range hotel with great food and service. The top floor has a large room for a family with a separate bedroom. Breakfast is included and if you make the effort to engage the staff in Macedonian, even if it is basic Stravo, kakosi and hvala, they will respond with even better service and coffee.

The room get cleaned most days with fresh linen but some showers and some fixtures broken. Do an inventory of things before you settle on a room. It is being gradually upgraded and has a wonderful outside eating area that is breezy in summer and is a good place to watch the world go by.

The bar is very well stocked and the hotel is only a short walk from the Korzo, where everyone seems to spend all day drinking coffee or sipping a Zlaten Dab beer. Also close is the bazaar or farmer's market and great shopping is a short walk away. Be prepared to go into shops that may not be inviting from the outside and you may be pleasantly surprised at the bargains to be had!

Be warned that smoking is allowed in outside areas so if you want to avoid this then get an inside table with reduced. Overall a reasonable, cheapish hotel. 3 stars . If you are sole person, a couple or group looking to maximize fun and minimise spend this is a 4 star experience.
