Booked for 2 weeks in September with best friends as part of us following the Rugby World Cup. Having previously stayed at Prairies de la mer wanted to experience the site now that it has a swimming pool. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and 2 weeks before arriving was told chemotherapy was due to start whilst in France. I phoned up Prairies de la Mer 10 days before arrival, having booked a non refundable holiday. Spoke to a wonderful person by the name of Lisa. Following an email from myself I was astounded that I was given a full refund. I can only say how grateful we are as a family for the kind gesture. All being well we aim to be at Prairies de la Mer in September 2024 Merci Beaucoup
