Stayed one night last Thursday.  Everything excellent - just no negatives at all.  Very enjoyable indeed.  Had a full english breakfast (don't usually have these) - very tasty and lasted me almost all day - I only started getting peckish in the evening.

cannot fault a thing. comfortable, welcoming, lovely breakfast delightful hosts will certainly return with family, plenty of parking and rooms bright and cosy. guest sitting room available and all usual facilities in the room

This farm is still a working farm with a nice little B and B . Our room in the annex was quite a size with the most comfortable bed and soft pillows ever. Bill you have this spot on. It had everything you could ask for within the room but the only downside for me was the shower. I'm 6ft 2 and I'm afraid the shower is not fitted high enough on the wall for my height so the water just hit my chest and it's not very comfortable trying to stoop to take a shower,apart from that though,everything great. Breakfast was good,our host Janice took good care of us and the food was fresh,hot and of a good quality. We would stay again if in that part of the world as it is really worth the cost and the guys do a great job looking after there guests.

Quaint B&B in a good location to visit the Eden Project and The Lost Garden of Heligan. Nice friendly hosts. Clean rooms and facilities. Excellent English cooked Breakfast. 

Floors creaked everywhere and could be heard from the next room. Power points not  easy to access and had to boil the kettle set on the carpet. Could do with updating as a tad old fashioned and dated.

A good bed and breakfast , very clean, the owner's are very pleasant and helpful. Mevagissey is only a few miles away and worth a visit. The Lost Gardens of Helegan and the Eden Project are not far away. London Apprentice is easy access to most part a of Cornwall.
