My review as ‘Poor’ is based on the hotel not having air conditioning, despite air conditioning being listed as a feature in their advertising purporting to be a ‘5 star’ property. After our hot sleepless first night at 10am, our 7th floor room’s morning temperature was 28 degrees Celsius (82f). When we asked for assistance the only option the hotel staff offered was to have us sign a waiver and fully opening the room’s window. 5 hours later with the window agape the room is still 27.5 degrees (81f). No offer of a fan or a room swap and no excuse that the HVAC was broken; just a dismissive statement that it is not the season for air conditioning. I feel this is the not acceptable given the hotel’s price point and advertising. 
  The property is otherwise OK so far, but it’s all for not if it’s so uncomfortable that guests cannot sleep.

Rooms are too hot to sleep in

During my stay, Firat & marve  went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Whether it was assisting with inquiries, ensuring my comfort during my stay, or providing personalized recommendations, their efforts did not go unnoticed.

Good stay

Great location, wonderful and prompt service.  Good food.  The staff is service-oriented, who would try to understand and fulfill the needs of their guest.  We were a group of about 20 people and it was a nice stay.   They have a guest relations person who walks around from table to table and asks for reviews.  It is a good gesture but often felt like "intruding" and also pushing the guests to give a good rating.  The restaurant needs a few people who can understand English. A request for a simple sunny side egg was difficult to explain till I showed them a photo.  Very convenient for commuting from this place.

Location steals the show

Location of the hotel great, staff are polite and friendly, guest relations ( Marve ) she made our vacation beautiful, breakfast was not that good , room was old but its ok , spa not free , but at the end it’s a nice hotel and again big thanks merve

Best service

Breakfast is good on the 9th floor with Bosphorus view. Duygu chef from buffet refreshed our meals and she's smiling. Guest relations manager host is very well everyday. Thank you for welcoming us like that. We wants to come back again soon.

Perfect staff

The furniture is old and the bed is uncomfortable, as are the pillows and bedding
The hotel needs to redesign the rooms and change the beds, covers and mattresses. The rooms are very depressing
I will not stay in the hotel again, its price is high and uncomfortable. I have never tried hotels with a lower price and higher quality in the same area.

The hotel does not live up to five stars

The pillows and mattress were so comfy and made our stay very relaxing. the breakfast was fabulous and complete, staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were silent and if you happened to have a noisy neighbor they offer to change your room for you. Merve, the guest relation manager was super nice. the view at 9th floor was spectacular where you can enjoy your food. 
The only downside from my point of view was that using the swimming pool and the gym cost extra 10 Euros which was a bit odd specially for a five star hotel. 
overall it was such a memorable and amazing vacation for us.

we like the hotel location, we appre help of ms merve hrlping us every day with all requests we may have. thanks to point taksim. we had cleaned rooms. mr ugur helped us at breakfast. we enjoyed open buffet breakfast with too many choises. thanks to everyone

We were here as a group from Kuwait all was excellent and the staff helped us too much. I love the city and the food quality they served were excellent.thanks to gulsah from reception she was always smiling to us. We will definitely come back soon.
