A very peaceful stay close to the beach.

Staff very good always ready to help manager Gaitonde is always ready to help with travel arrangements. Staff ensures that you are comfortable while staying here.

Very Clean rooms and ample amount of toiletries provided by the hotel staff , soaps and towels changed whenever you as for them.Room cleaning done on a daily basis.

Tv with cable provided in every room with all channels required to keep updated with news and other entertainment like movies if required.

Bed sheets very clean ample amount of pillows and bed sheets provided by the hotel.

Food is awsome, breakfast is simple but superb with ample variety provided daily , eggs and bread butter and jam and parothas are the items provided for breakfast.

Food is awesome you just need to order and they will make it for you as per your requirement.

The pool is also very clean and so are the hotel surroundings. 

On the whole an awesome and safe stay with very quiet and beautiful surroundings close to the beach just right for a holiday in goa where you need relax.

Awsome Stay Not to be missed

Well I visited this place from 15th Feb to 19th Feb 2017. We arrived late at night and I had already written a one liner informing the same while booking on the site, these guys were extremely prompt and I got a mail saying we have noted your late arrival and will be taking care of it. Needless to say the stay was extremely pleasant and they helped us sorting the bikes, cars and cabs whenever needed. While checking out we overshot the time by good 4 hours but since there were no arrivals expected they made no fuss about it and let us take the time we needed.The owners are extremely hospitable and warm people and at the same time they do not interfere in the privacy of their guests which is what you seldom find. All in all I would strongly recommend this place for an awesome, peaceful and hassle free experience.

Experienced an amazing stay

We wanted to stay in a calm and peaceful environment away from the crowd and pubs.
Fortunately got this one. The rooms were clean and excellent. The surrounding atmosphere makes your stay more pleasant. Above this the staff is also cooperative and manages whatever you ask for in a handy way.
Good place to stay in Morjim if you are looking for a peaceful amosphere.

Decent Stay

I booked Eco village, hoping for a quiet, peaceful 4 days after a heavy work schedule.  I arrived after a long flight, in the  morning,  and just wanted a bath and breakfast but got none of the two. There was no hot water and the dining area was littered with rubbish, the kitchen filthy and staff sleeping on the sofas. It was almost 9 a.m ! I had to  walk miles for something to  eat. The entire resort seemed like it had seen better days. Run down and shabby (I fully agree with  Alex and Gulshan's reviews ) . Nothing like the images shown in the  website. The bedrooms a basic, which is fine but floorboards  are broken in places. The bathroom had cockroaches ! There is a pond which stinks . The poor fish a swimming in stagnant water. Never been cleaned. The worst part is the noise. Thump-thump music every night and day ! I actually lost the will to  live ! Who this place is run by - I will never know. The manager went into hiding till we left ! I too spent Rs.10.000 a day . Not worth a penny.

Worst 'Resort' ever !

Its a peaceful location for a elderly couple who wants to enjoy Goa. Usually parents would not go for pubs or clubs but to enjoy sernity of Goa. This would be perfect place. Resorts needs some improvement. Howevr its good for value of money

A minute away from the quite and serene Morjim beach..The huts are spacious and beautiful and the staff is very helpful. If they had TV that would made the stay even more pleasant as the shacks on the beach starts to close by 7 due to Turtle nesting. If you want to relax This is a must visit place

You'll miss something if you miss this one

been there for 7 days nice place quite calm best part is the food they serve very well behaved staff made our stay memorable. Had got assisted for rental scooter also.one can go on beach during night also

First trip with Wife

It was a pleasant stay for 2 days. The hotel is situated at a walking distance of some 100 mtr from Morjim beach. It’s a basic cottage hotel. Point to be noted for the travellers is: its does not have AC, Tv and it serves vegetarian food etc however if your aim is to chill at beach and play around n hotel is only for the passing the night, it’s a good choice. Its almost 53 km far from airport (1.30 min drive). The place has too many mosquitoes however the hotel provides you net and all. Morjim beach is very nice, clean and calm beach. Shacks over there serves delicious food and very customer friendly. I have not had food other than break fast at hotel which was fairly good not sure not the food quality.

Pleasant Stay. Enjoyed !!!

we arrived here on a hot afternoon only to be told they didnt have our booking and told us rudely to leave and sent us to another hotel saying we may have been mistaken. oddly there was another family whIch had just arrived and i think they gave out our rooms to them. when we returned sure this was it and with our booking.com confirmation they again denied it . we were not even offered a glass of water or a place to sit. then i called up booking.com and they intervened and got us our rooms. no apologies offered and the receptionist is the rudest guy on earth and unpleasant guy. the cottage we were in was stained with rainwater stains, there were huge gaps between the ' walls' and the door. the place was infested with bugs and no mosquito nets or repellent provided. the food was nothing great and the service horrible. they even entered the rooms on the pretext of cleaning but only when we were away and without informing us. creepy. stay away plssss....

worst place in goa

Well to start with I was pretty cautious as I read bad reviews here, but once I get there i mean from Check in to Check out it was a super calm super cool experience. We stayed in the hut no. 401, loved the view from the hut, Nice Washroom, nice bed, sufficient storage, nice balcony and sit out area. the resort is well spread out and the location is just wow. hardly a minute or two's walk to the beautiful MORJIM BEACH (MY FAVY BEACH IN GOA). had Dinner and Bfast also at the restaurant and can easily say one of the finest meal I HAD IN GOA. Food looked and tasted wow, and the view from the restaurant was just wow. they also had a pool table in the r'rant, played few games there too. In short, a memorable stay ! Recommended ! ( P.S. Huts are not sound proof so if you want privacy better get the rooms on ground floor, or Cottages)
