135 reviewsLovely Hotel, I have a disability that worried me but, the staff that went out of there way to make my trip stress free made it possible to have a lovely break. My room was clean, fresh, with fresh towels fresh bedding. Toiletries were left in the bathroom, with extra towels and toilet paper. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sophie - supervisor Steph- bar / reception Sai- Check in Asin- Breakfast Carmein- security Jo-house keeping All went out of their way to make my stay the most wonderful stay. I had a disable person's suite, which was large enough for even a wheelchair. Room was very modern, with all amenities. The cafe/bar on the same floor. Good quality food. With lovely warm and friendly staff. Overall a lovely hotel, and from this experience will be coming back. I will also be recommending to friends and family. This hotel: Travel Lodge Central Preston is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so welcome and safe. Thank u again. Amie Inspire langi
