Phoenix Copenhagen

We recently stayed at the Phoenix Copenhagen Hotel, and it was an excellent and truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located — just a 4-minute walk to the metro (with access to lines M1, M2, M3, and M4) and only 3 minutes from Nyhavn and Amalienborg Palace. The location makes it ideal for exploring Copenhagen on foot or by public transport. The hotel combines beautiful historic architecture with impeccable maintenance in both the common areas and the rooms. We stayed in a standard room, which, while compact, was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. There was excellent natural and artificial lighting, and the windows open for fresh air and natural ventilation. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the room felt warm, cozy, and inviting. The bathroom was modern, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed provided. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a great start to the day, and the hotel staff was superb — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Although summer rates are on the higher side, the overall experience absolutely justifies the price. This is a hotel that invites you to return, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
