Pensiunea Pui de Urs

I keep reading reviews about this guesthouse, where they say that the furniture is old, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the rooms are not spacious enough, the stairs are steep, the bathrooms have older tiles, and I can't figure out how people they have 5-star expectations from a 3-star guesthouse. We recently stayed here, we were a large group and we occupied the entire capacity and I had the opportunity to look in several rooms in the guesthouse and things are as follows: the bathrooms are clean, the linen on the beds can be seen to be clean professional and looks impeccable (pressed and ironed), the curtains and drapes can be seen to have been recently changed both in the room and in the living room. We were awaited upon arrival by the hosts with a small cheese and a traditional plate from the side of the house, something that I have not encountered at other guesthouses. Although we were a very large group and we woke up at the same time, we did not have cold water or no pressure in the shower, as I have read here in some comments. Being a large group, we stayed until the morning in the living room where we partied without being disturbed by the hosts because we were too noisy. Indeed, improvements may still need to be made, but once again it is not a 4-star hotel, and the price-quality ratio is extraordinary. I recommend you with confidence!
