First the good:

- Location in the square and close to everything (however it is very noisy if you need to get to sleep before midnight as the windows are not soundproof)
- My room was large and had a fridge 

Now the bad:

- No breakfast included
- Shower is inside the bath. The shower head and fixture is a very old fashioned 80s/90s style so doesn’t project the water outwards which means you need to squash up against the wall to shower, meaning showering is very uncomfortable 
- The shower had lots of black flakes coming into the water flow when it was first turned on, which was really disgusting 
- Flies in the room when I checked in
- Wi-Fi in my room didn’t really work at all, and I was staying for business purposes, which was a total nightmare 
- No luggage storage - staff suggested I leave my bags at an unmanned desk by the restaurant door, where anyone could go upstairs and take them
- Staff refused to call a taxi and told me to just find a street taxi (when receptionists from 3 other Skopje hotels told me not to do this and always call a taxi)
- Overpriced and poor value for money vs offering 

Ultimately this place is charging hotel prices for a poor DIY type of experience, I do not recommend staying here (particularly not for business travelers!) when there are so many better options in town close by.

This Bed and breakfast is situated in the centre, close to any site of interest you may wish. The staff was prepared to help us with all our needs: checking time tables for buses, booking taxis, giving advice on what to see and where next to travel etc. The rooms are on the second floor (no elevator) above the restaurang. We didn't experience any problems with noice or unpleasant smell. The breakfast was very well prepared.

Centric, good and very friendly

We stayed here for 4 nights in late October and had a great time. You cannot beat the location, right on the square, and above the - also to be recommended Pelister Restaurant. Only on Saturdays it can get a bit noisy with loud music coming from the place across the street till late. Our room was super clean and the beds are very comfy. The bathroom is on the small side, but has everything you need. Breakfast is great, on weekdays you can order from the menu of the restaurant (delicious pancakes and other great stuff), on Sunday there was a buffet. On top of this, Elena, who takes care of BB guests, was a perfect host. Apart from being super friendly she was always there for our help. She even walked us to the right bus stop for Matka canyon which was a good 5min away, and checked all the time tables so we would not loose time waiting. She also organized a great value airport transport for us. To summarize, good accommodation and perfect guest service.

One Of the best and friendliest in skopje, great location just Near the alexander the great fountain and stone bridge. Strongly recommended. A small b&b with 6 rooms. Staff is helpful in every details,
