This hotel located at the very center of the town in Cortina D’Ampezzo. Just about 2.5 hours from Venice airport by Flixbus (advanced booking please) . This hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, a department store and a supermarket. All is accessible on foot. There are 2 cable car stations just about 10-20 mins walk, easily you can enjoy the view from the summit. Many hiking trails around too. We were lucky to meet a great team at this hotel to take a great care of all our needs from recommendations on sight seeing routes, restaurants, tour guide, private taxi to late check-in. Special thanks to “Michela” who helped to relocate us to this wonderful hotel so we can get more close to the starting line of our trail running race, and her offer to preparing us some “cold cuts” foods in case all restaurants were closed at the time of our late check-in (so sweet and thoughtful ！） Thank you “Robert” and “Bruno” for their local knowledges about the town center and got us the best tourist experience. Finally, our gratitude to “Federico” for his arrangement on our private taxi driver “Devid” , so my partner can see the best part of Dolomites and the 3 gorgeous lakes in such a short notice. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who love convenience and carefree services. Facilities and room condition are good, you pay what you get. This hotel is not a posh type, but a beautiful rustic Swiss chalet style We were lucky to have a run with a small balcony with a Mountain View at 5/F. Clean and tidy on everything. Definitely will choose the same hotel if we back next time.
