This property is central to downtown and easy access to Queens Park savannah and local restaurants and bars. They provide parking and property is secured at night. Breakfast is provided for a fee but could be a bit better (more options). Overall though, it is a great place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves

Perfect location for Carnival. Walking distance to the savannah, night life and other amenities. Basic breakfast and rooms are clean and tidy and have air conditioning. Balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or relax. Safe. All you really need from a guest house. Easy access to city - can walk or catch a route taxi.

Great location and stay for Carnival

Like proximity to embassy of india did not like the disadvantage if getting a vehicle

the first recepcionist was very, very unfriendly the hotel and the room looks like a prision with very bad impression. the breakfast was just terrible

Location is fine with some cheap easterly and restaurant few blocks away.Security wise, it is good with guards 24 hour.However, room and facility is rather old.

Basic but good location for business.

This is about the worst place we have ever stayed. We were there for two nights but only one day, which I expected to be fully occupied sight seeing so didn’t want to spend too much paying for facilities we wouldn’t use. But this was really below what one would expect. Extremely primitive, dated, with so little comforts that there wasn’t even a hairdryer in the whole hotel. A lamp had to be requested but we didn’t bother as we deliberately avoided spending any time there. We arrived late Sat evening and left 6.00am Monday. When we did arrive back in the late afternoon of our stay our room had not been serviced so I called reception to report it. The receptionist informed me that the cleaner didn’t show up that day. I told her that if they are running an actual business charging guests for the service, they needed to call someone else, but she didn’t seem to understand that logic. Standards are very low.Truthfully the receptionist was very sweet and tried to be helpful, brought fresh towels up and gave us advice on tours and transfers but we would never recommend such low standard accomodation.

my daughter got a wing worm, not sure if they don't change the bedsheets but she's never had one and this is unacceptable. they should be more clean.

I've stayed at Pamela's three times.

The staff are welcoming, and the security guard was great.

We went for carnival, and the location is great and within walking distance to some of the fetes and the Savannah.
You could also walk into town, they all know the local area very well so food reccomendations and directions to places and events were always spot on.

It's not an all inclusive resort, so you wont get the same level of luxury - but you will have a clean room where you can stay, feel safe and be comfortable
