The hotel is beautiful, swimming pools are amazing, food definitely improved a lot from last year and all the staff is kind and helpful. Also the entertainment team, Adhm, Esraa, Shimo and Mohamed,  are polite and smiley all the times, doing also many activities throughout all the day.  are very nice guys .Every evening there is a show that entertain all the guests that really don't need to go out if they don't want. Unfortunately, wi-fi is almost absent....Mr. Sayed, manager of the reception, is always helpful and available for any request, waiters at the restaurant very polite. The location of the hotel is close to Naama Bay, so in few minutes you are there. This is the second time we come back and there has been a big improvement,very appreciated. Our room is very big and with all the comforts. Great value for money. We will definitely come back again 😊

Great experience, animators Shimo is very friendly a bit pushy, but only second to the male staff if you're a eastern European woman. Mustafa however is the best!!! Carried the holiday from the bar !! 6 stars for him

Very friendly staff, so helpful with everything. Shop 2mins walk open 24h. Cleaning everyday. Entertainment team were amazing! Very recommended.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The food and entertainment is good and honestly better than the reviews. Mr Aqua gym Scooby was full of energy, really welcoming and friendly.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in and I never got bored. They have a really great animation team. I met a girl named Jessie who really works with passion.

Very kind crew! Big structure, nice swimming pool, reception 24/24 available for any issue. Food and room to be improved!
