Very good experience with this hotel. We departed from haridwar and driver cheated us and dropped on early morning 3.00am but hotel staff picked up our call and assisted well. Even staff supportive and rooms clean having very good experience at this situation.

I visited on 25th December 2019 to 27th December 2019 (Two Nights), first of all I will tell all positive things - excellent location, very neat and clean rooms are big and spacious. It is on mall road opposite to library.

Now all negative thinks - There is no geyser you have to waste 3 to 4 buckets of water to get warm water. Warm water is available from 8am to 10am in the room.

This hotel will give you amazing experience and ensure a great hospitality for you and your family. Manager and ground staff is really professional and t
ake responsibility of every single efforts for. Owner of this hotel Mr Manish is also very humble and approachable. we really enjoyed the overall experience there and especially Gobhi & Mix veg parantha at breakfast. My strong recommendation to you is to go for this one without any doubt. you will have great experience at a reasonable cost comparatively to others for sure.

Excellent location, very neat and clean, hot water during day time, excellent room service, same day laundry available.
We visited just before the season started, hence hotel kitchen was not fully functional; however decent bf was available and lunch/ dinner of choice was organized from outside.
From the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor balcony one can get the beautiful view of both the lake and Naina devi temple.
One important suggestion- for local sightseeing or overnight visit to places like Almora, RANIKHET, Kausani, Corbett etc hire cars from Mall road where individual cab drivers are normally waiting and available or from any tourist cab company at Mall Road.
Best time to visit is before 15th may; between 15th May & 30th June rates of everything goes up substantially.

we went there 1 yr back and stayed for a couple of night. It is a nice family hotel with decent staff and location is amazing. the only negativity of this is its food. The food is not upto the mark. The place is good for staying

Good experience with hotel and good location too as its situated opposite of Lake and exactly at maal road.

The hotel is situated in the by lane  little Up from Mall Road and not exactly on Mall Road. You can have a view of the Lake if you stay in specific rooms which are lake facing. Food is little costly which is expected but you get variety. The Helper Khatti takes care of everything and never say no for anything. Clean rooms and washrooms.  Good place to stay in budget.

1) Rate are high without any amenities.
2) There is no geyser you have to waste 3 to 4 buckets of water to get warm water.
3) Warm water is available from 7am to 5pm. After that you have use freezing cold water.
4) There is no hot water kettle.
5) Food is on order only no full fledged restaurant. If you reach after 11am you have to out for food.

If possible avoid

One the faker than fakest hotel i have ever seen,and the boss of this hotel is cheap mentality,there is no water,nothing no room heaters..& they didn’t keep their promises,& every time they give threats but the service is good...
