True to their motto of Home away from home. Excellent customer service and friendly staff were the true call outs during our stay. The hotel is newly renovated and all amenities are very well equipped. The location is excellent, close to major landmarks of the city. Salon is an added bonus. Will recommend staying at this hotel.

An awesome experience being centrally located HW Residency was accomplished by exemplary cuisines, professional staff, great ambience with beautiful interiors and exteriors . Revive salon is there high spot which gave a rejuvenating experience. Would always prefer my stay with them in the near future.

One of the best place to stay in Dehradun. The check in process was smooth and the rooms are cozy and and have modern furnishings, nice infrastructure, they have a salon, Quality of food is very good The staff in the hotel is responsive and good. The whole experience was great and enjoyable. Would definitely come again and will refer to my family and friends too.

Great amenities, lovely interiors and exteriors and a extraordinary salon adding many more services to the hotel.

Excellent location with a clear view of high mountains of mussoorie and on the main street of dehradun i.e rajpur road.

In the past few years I have ranked 100 plus hotels. But this is the first time ever that I am ranking someplace very poorly because of the complete lack of basic amenities.  So severe was the lack of the same that I am having to review this place with a lot of No's. So here goes in chronological order -

NO packaged drinking water even if you are willing to pay for it. 

NO COFFEE and Tea maker in the room.

NO tea possible before 7.30 am

NO hand towels in the room. 

In fact the washroom had the most severe shortages. 

NO toilet paper 

NO bucket and mug. A cracked and dirty one was provided when requested. See photo 

NO shower curtain. Despite the presence of a rail for it.

NO place for soap/gel in the shower area. The fitting for a glass was there but the glass was missing. 

NO respite from the cold in the washroom as you bathe in warm water as the exhaust fan and light are connected to a common switch. 

Sadly there was hardly anything good about the place. 

After a long hiatus I had returned to booking an Oyo unfortunately after this experience I will revert to NO OYO.

Highly misleading photos it's a very C grade Hotel

Reception staff was uneducated as he couldn't read the amount properly mentioned for check in and denied check in at night.
He was asking me for 800 extra than the mentioned tariff. However he was an illiterate who couldn't read properly and has very low IQ and didn't know how to speak properly.
