Ottoman Antep

Clean premises with a gıod location, close to the city center.  Kitc/3• may have had some more utensils but overall we enjoyed our stay. The premises were safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and ı would definitely recommend Ottoman Apartments.

Trustworthy and clean premises

This place is not a good place to stay. This is a warning to you now. First of all rooms are not that big compared to what you see in pictures. It was dirty when we first moved in and it smelled like strong cigarette smoke everywhere. People smoke right in the apartment rooms and you can smell it coming into your room if the neighbors smoke. We had to wash curtains by ourselves as they were all blackened from cigarette smoke. We do not smoke and we do not want to smell like smoke. So if you are a non-smoker this is big issue for you. Next, in the pictures there are air conditioning units and they state all utilities and such included, but it is not true it is a false statement. You can not control the air conditioner yourself at all. You have to wait for them to put ac on whenever they feel like to which is just about never. It’s a central ac system and not practical for an apartment building. Even we asked a couple of times for them to put the ac on and they said they will but never did and they will not tell you this before you move in. The biggest reason we wanted to rent here was the location, but it is a very loud place. There is a school next to the corner and kids are screaming all day long and it is near a busy intersection you will hear cars, horns, people, etc. 

Kesinlikle kiralamak ya da kalmak için iyi bir yer değil! Odalar fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi büyük değil. Çoğu odada sigara içilmiş ve kokusu çok berbat sinmiş. Temiz olsa bile gün içinde havalandırmadan zaten binada kim sigara içiyorsa kokusu geliyor. Yine fotoğraflarda klima görünüyor ama aldanmayın çünkü merkezi sistem ve istediğiniz zaman açamıyorsunuz. Özellikle üst kat yanıyor. Gündüz binada sanki kalmak yasakmış gibi klima açılmıyor akşam olunca da en az 5 kişinin istemesiyle açılıyormuş. 2 defa rica etmemize rağmen açmadılar şimdiye kadar. Tek avantajı yönü lokasyonu diye kiraladık biz ama yoldan ve hemen çaprazındaki okuldan her zaman çok gürültü geliyor.
