We arrived late a dinner was served to us , we went to bed but sadly found our room too close to the main Rd . Not an issue rep helped us change rooms the next day reception staff really helpful . Hotel has all that you need staff very friendly and helpful in all areas . Great activities team Omar was really lovely the girls too . Cleaners fantastic we were in Block 24 room 236 great room by the pool etc. Meals - yes very samey but also nice always found something to eat ,salad bar amazing . Nightly entertainment was good. All areas kept very clean . Only thing that let the hotel down was choice of music ! Awful to sit and listen too all day ,foul language in songs inappropriate really to be honest . Beach ok but not really for swimming as not really a walk in shoreline more jump in lol Some staff did struggle with English but we got there in the end . Mainly Russian, Polish and Italian here but all friendly who we met . Take the free bus to Naama Bay very lively. Thanks all we had a fabulous holiday with you all great job you work very hard to keep us happy 😊
