Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. For all staying guests, 1 hour of free use of the services of the SPA complex and a visit to the FITNESS zone around the clock are included. Further access to the SPA can be purchased for an additional fee.
The ALBORA SPA complex is open from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day and includes: a hammam, a sauna, a shower tub, two “mpression showers Atlantic ocean and Niagara rain and a spacious lounge with the possibility of ordering drinks. Booked by appointment for an individual visit.
A place in the hotel's guarded parking lot is available upon prior request and subject to availability.
LAARDO restaurant and room service are open from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM (kitchen until 10:30 PM). The hotel has 24-hour room service.
An additional service for renting virtual reality glasses is available in the room.
According to Government Decree No. 1853 of November 18, 2020 (p. 18), to check into a hotel with a minor and not being his legal representative, a written consent from one of the parents with a copy of the passport of this parent is required. Written consent does not require notarization.
It is allowed to stay with one pet in the room (weighing up to 5 kg or the height of the dog no more than 50 cm at the withers) subject to payment of additional cleaning of the room RUB 5000.00 per day and upon presentation of the animal's veterinary passport. The deposit for the period of stay with an animal in one room is issued upon arrival. When placing with a pet, guests agree to the rules of residence indicated on the official website of the hotel.
When booking 5 or more rooms in the same confirmation, a different cancellation policy may apply and additional charges may apply.
When booking a Comfort room with a double bed or twin beds, guests must indicate in the comments their wishes regarding the type of bed — one large or two single beds. The hotel will try to fulfill the request, but does not guarantee the provision of the selected type of bed. |

Hotel Albora is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were always available and went out of their way to assist. Highly recommended!
What was bad
The room temperature was initially a bit too high for us, but they promptly resolved the issue, and the room was perfectly comfortable afterward.
