Staff were friendly but did not clean the room weekly. The room has a refrigerator and stove for self-catering.

Recommended for the thrifty

Good location. Near Metro, bus station. Room was clean and comfortable. No reception desk when chech in at night, but next morning the reception office was available. Thanks their kind staff to help me keep luggage in their office untill 2Pm. It will be better if reading light available at sofa side not only at bed side.

The apt had no paper towels and no dish towel to do dishes that are mandatory to do unless you want to be charged.  The TV has no streaming services.The apt should also leave coffee and tea complimentary.

Smooth check in and great location! It was also very clean. However the room was too hot. There was a fan, but since you could barely open the window it got so damp, especially at night. That was a severe drawback, would stay there again, but not during the summer months!

Overall not a very pleasant stay, here are some pain points:- Shower head knob too tense- Button in air vent above stove was broken- No bed lights- We received a mop to dry the bathroom floor. Some sort of wiper would be much better.- Some additional cutlery/plates (we booked a room for two but there was only one bowl to eat breakfast from)But by far the biggest pain point was that the fire alarm went off for no reason in the middle of the night. I woke up screaming, which in turn frightened my girlfriend. (apparently other people have experienced this aswell)Conclusion: Would not stay here again unfortunately, but with a few improvements it would be an okay place.

Horrible experience with “hotel”. Photos are not accurate. Communication was non-existent. There is no reception and you are required to call to check in, this wouldn’t be an issue if anyone answered the phone. Phone number on hotels.com is not current. Left with no option but to last minute book another hotel, but based on the overall feel and state of the place, I am grateful

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I checked in late in the evening. Communicated in advance with the number given in the booking. When I arrived  I called at the number. He assigned a fellow to help me in the check in. I wanted to pay in cash in either euro or dollar. I was told to pay almost one hundred euro more than the exchange rate. When I protested , the fellow present again called somebody who explained that exchange rate in this case applies of selling euro in the market. So the difference. I was confused as I had paid normal exchange rate in Switzerland and Denmark. Moreover, the reception is rarely open. It's good for single, independent fellow but for a tourist family it's not recommended
