My stay at Arthouse was an absolutely wonderful experience. I was traveling alone to New York for some quiet relaxing time and this hotel was the perfect choice. I arrived early and was waiting for early check-in. There was a slight delay due to my unofficial English name, but the staff handled it so thoughtfully. They gave me a voucher for coffee and pastries at the cafe while I waited, and even upgraded my room to one with a balcony! Even though I didn't spend all my time outside, having a balcony as spacious as the room itself provided such a sense of healing. It even started snowing, which made the whole stay feel so romantic. The bedding was spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. I would definitely choose Arthouse again for my next trip to NYC.
