I was in New York City for a family function and my niece arranged for us to all stay at the Arthouse Hotel. The neighborhood was great. Very safe . . . walkable . . . lots of restaurants in the area, including Serafina which is attached to the hotel. We had a wonderful group dinner there. We were able to enjoy the common areas on the ground floor where we were able to meet and hang out. Plenty of seating provided. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay at Arthouse again.
