They couldn't find my booking and had no idea about my visit. I was waiting for my room for more then 1 hour. Then they gave me a room, but still haven't confirmed the booking. They: "we just hope everything fine and your room was booked and paid". So I was not sure everything fine untill check out. Wi-Fi was not working in the room and was not stable at all.
